It would cost you probably three to four thousand for a shop to install a 2jz into a MKIII. You'll be better off rebuilding your 7m. I did my own 1jz swap and it cost me about eight thousand dollars.
You can pull the engine yourself and buy new rod bearings and main bearings for a couple hundred dollars. A new gasket set from Toyota will cost you about $150.00 I think. You may need a new oil pump which is about $200.00 and the new hoses will run you another couple hundred probably. I haven't...
