Not at all i only let it sit till it becomes tacky. My pan dont leak.

With what ever you use dont over do it ,What squeezes out also goes in the engine and if you use to much it can become free and clog oil ports. I used rtv only on my oil pan and i let it set up about an hour before i installed it plus you dont what to tighten it to much.

You can use Black RTV just dont over tighten the parts like the oil pan.

Sounds like your cps is 1 tooth off.

Well i took a little video clip of my car but my camera only takes like a 15 sec clip and the video of my car running has a lot of crackling in it that is not my motor sound but here it is anyway until i get better videos.

Here is a intercooler bracket i made for mine, works great and very strong.

Throw out bearing.

Thanks Campbells i think i got a video but the sound on my camera sucks and it dont sound good to much crackling trust me the car sounds way better than the clip so i will try to use my video camera and see how well it works. Mk3 (Allen) Thanks it feels real good to have it run so good...
