I just want the car to run without issues. I was told that the gaskets are leaking so i want them all replaced and the head machined and checked for cracks and any bullshit that will mess up the engine. I know nothing about NA-T so I dont want to mess with it myself and these regular mechanics...

As long as you know what you're doing and you know supras really well, that sounds good. The other guy didnt know supras but he said he'd go by the book. But wouldn't it be different from the chiltons manual since its a non-turbo engine with a turbo? He said he would have the head machined...

I dont think its blown. The previous owner said its not blown but its leaking. He gave me a Greddy 2mm headgasket and said he didnt have the money to put it on. I just need to go get a gasket set because I want to replace all the gaskets or just get a running 7mgte engine
