Sounds like normal operation. If you're seeing a variance in behavior, it's likely the o2 sensor aging/getting dirty.

I hate code 11 errors. It can indicate any number of wiring faults. jetjock would probably more help with this (I PM'd him with a request he takes a look). Honestly your symptoms sound like a TPS issue. Have you run it through the diagnostics?
