I know the advertisement on the box looks great and it did just what it is suppose to do. It makes you believe that pretty oil can magically put new rings in your car for you. They pay a lot of money to advertise the stuff on t.v. so you only fell for a marketing add. No big deal. Now you know...
OH, my bad. I have two of them actually, but one of them had a small exhaust hole in it, but I had it welded up. The other one was only on my car for about a month and I decided to go with a Drewgo manifold. It was three times the price, but it was four times the manifold............:biglaugh:
Are you originally from Canada.............:biglaugh:
I wish more guys from Florida and Alabama would go. I know it's a long trip, but Justin (Tissimo) made it last year. We had a good convoy of southerners and it made the long trip actually fun.
mlddjb, I was only kidding. I'm really a smartass and the guys that posted before me are really really smart. It is snake oil, and it won't do you any good. Please don't hate me because I"m beautiful.
What a bunch of dumbasses^^^^^^^^^
mlddjb........why would you spend two grand or more to rebuild your engine when you can buy a eight dollar can of something and get the same benefits..........:dunno:
It's not doing this during WOT? If it's doing it during WOT, it could be the plugs. You may not have them gapped properly, or they're just bad. If it's doing it after WOT, then it's probably throwing a code that will be stored. It might be an abnormal boost pressure or something. Let us know...
Tanya has tried it before and it didn't work out for whatever reason, but I think it was mainly because nobody got their pictures turned in. I'm not sure I would make a pretty man, but I'm also not afraid to laugh at myself either.
I don't mind. I don't think anyone means anything vicious...
You're welcome Chris, and I did mean .022, but I would prefer you start at .028 and work your way down. Your car may run perfectly at .028. If it doesnt' then go to .026 and try that. It shouldn't take you but fifteen to twenty minutes to figure it out. Good luck.
His car would never run at...
The head gasket is definatley metal. I have a brand new one if someone is looking to buy one.
I wouldn't say every gasket on the jz is metal, but the head gasket is.
I don't know if I have seen the V3 software. I think that's what Mark had when I visited him though. I'm just now getting used to this V4, so I don't think I can change..........:aigo:
Good luck with that. I've never bought any stock other than WalMart, and that was when I worked for them about fifteen years ago. It doubled every year though so I was happy with it.
