I ended up making 500rwhp and 467rwtq @ 18psi and 20* of timing.
I was having fueling issues on the dyno so I didn't get to add more boost. I'll try again later. I really need to see some timing maps from other cars running the meth injection.

Yeah, when the nethanol kicked in, it would run rich. I got all of that straigtened out. I probably should have done like Mark suggested and just rebooted the computer and seen if that helped any. Car seems to be running good at the moment. Hopefully it'll stay that way.
I would add 10% more fuel in higher rpms as 17psi and it wouldn't change the afr's. Even taking some fuel out would leave the afr's practically the same. I've got it tuned to an 11.5 all the way to redline though so it's all good.
