I agree - I usually print out what I need. It's a page here and a few pages there as I need them. I keep them in a binder in my garage so I guess one day I might end up printing the whole thing off. ;)

From what you've described this should be beatable, or at least reducable in court. Here's my favorite website for hints on fighting tickets. It's mostly speeding related, but there are a lot of good points on what information to gather and how to present your arguments in front of the judge...
