It says it can reduce your timing once detonation is noticed. How would it do this on a standalone? Does anyone know. I know where one is for sale and I want to buy it, but I'm curious as to how this works. Thanks.

Here are a couple pictures of the carnage with the engine still in the car. If you look closely, you can see where the cast broke off.
I'm in the process of removing the engine now. I'll probably end up getting a 7mge and having it rebult with these parts from her gte.
I'll take some pictures of it once it's out of the car. I don't really want to try and "fix" it. It's way beyond repairing and I would be a nervous wreck thinking it was going to come off again and lose all of her oil while driving it.

Looking good Ben. At least someone is making some progress. Mine is still in the paint shop. Once I get it out, I want to replace fuel lines and maybe some larger injectors. These 624's that I have are pretty close to being maxxxed out.
