Flat black = business. If you have a bodyshop spray a flat black with a clearcoat loaded with dulling agent, it'd look pretty good.

Fast: Mix up a little bit of dish soap with some water in a spray bottle. soak up that hanger real good, and with a prybar, and I use a hammer, you should be able to get it off in no time!
