Jason: Just proper sanding, 3 coats (i think) of krylon gloss black, and 3 coats(i think again..) of krylon clear. If you take this method, do it in very light coats over the course of a weekend and still plan on re-doing them every other winter. Tal-Strip Aircraft coating remover works balls...
