how did they get chipped after a rebuild ?_? and why on earth would you care if its chipped fins change the sound? i would tend to think that if theyre chipped then they must have been abused :D. Personally, the next time my turbo goes its gonna get upgradred to maybe a 60 trim. so my advice is...
