Actually, all powdercoated suspension pieces are going to be a sort of Light Gunmetal Metallic... Maybe do the arms red, but still not sure. Probably will all end up some Gray or Gunmetal type color.

Use a small layer of FIPG and lay the scraper down. Tighten it and allow it to set up for a bit. Then, go over it again with a normal layer as if it weren't there, just paying careful attention to the ends, filling a bit more there, and then place the pan on. You should have NO leaks, and NO CORK!
