We don't have a PCV valve. There's plenty of information about the correct way to hook up a catch can. two valve covers teed into one hose, going to the catch can, and off the other port run a hose going to the accordian.

I forget what size hose they are... just bring a 1" section in to a parts store and match it up... I'm almost positive I used actual oil cooler hose, if not transmission oil cooler hose. Held up fine for me.
