yeah, chances are that's a backfire, as i'm assuming you're not rerouting the ssqv back to the intake.
when you vent to atmosphere, the ecu goes rich for a moment to deal with the extra air normally dumped into the intake tube from the stock bpv, and the car goes real...

That's true Jon... I had the same thing happen to me, went to relist something that never sold, and my old listing with the wonderful description was gone. :(
