If you loosened the banjo bolt to the CSI and jumped B+ and FP. I'd say either you have a dead battery or the fuel pump is dead. Semi clogged fuel pumps will atleast cause drips. Good fuel pumps will give you a bath.
Not just the intake cam is different. A lot of things would have to be changed. From the looks of the first post I gather he has a NA so to make it turbo you'd need a lot of stuff.
Look at the intake manifold, in between 3/4 runners you'll see a bolt facing toward the ground. Loosen this bolt barely, as it will SPRAY some fuel if you have a good working fuel pump. I forgot to torque mine and on my first start I nearly bathed my friend standing beside the fender.
Well, if you could get it to run long enough you could start pulling plug wires one at a time. When you don't get a change in how it acts, there's your bad cylinder, then you need to figure out if it's spark/fuel.
I figured leaving the underside of the piston cooler is always a good thing but if they're not working properly at higher pressures then just leaves an oil 'leak' instead of oil going where it needs. Makes me wonder about a few things when I go to build my spare 7m block.
