Pulled the head, cleaned it up.. checked the head for warpage... shaved a thousandths off or so, put a toyota hg back down.
New toyota head bolts... 72ft/lbs.

Engine temperatures will increase with higher EGT's (Exhaust gas temps) flowing.
Leaner = hotter.
Heat will transfer from the engine to the water.
Poor radiator function will not be able to maintain water temps very well.
It would behoove you to purchase a WB, so you can tune around "lean"...
Something is wrong.
At 20psi, you should be making a little more power.
What was your AFR, do you have a chart?
With half of that boost, I made 315/320tq with a T-66 p-trim.
