Well you can test the pump. Either remove the feed from the tank, and attach a rubber hose from the tank to a bucket. (Or from the AFPR if you had one.) Then on the diagnostic block jumper it for the FP to switch on. You can see if it's pumping erratically. I haven't seen your wiring...

Like I said, I'd love to take over 7MP with the 5-6 big MK3 guys I know here personally, Mike included. Just for some reason whenever someone mentions the site, I get disappointed because it has been beached for a year now. Wish 7MP wasn't dead.
