WOW... next time I'm buying a Millermatic, this was ridiculous.
Went down to the local welding supply place, and bought a 20lbs bottle CO2 + arg. but couldn't get a liner... but not to worry because I found the P/N for my Craftsman unit.
Anyway, when I was there I was playing with some of the...
Nope, no aluminum.
This welder has never seen different filler wire.
I think I'll take it out and see if I can "get a grip" on any bit sticking out once off the machine. Then I'll I just replace it.
Thanks for the advice, gang.
Ian: After the spool ran out, I did the routine procedure and pulled the old wire out. Then when I went to re-enter the new spool, I noticed a little bit of wire sticking out of the liner entrance. Tried to pull it out, but it just broke further.
I think my only option left is to take it...
I've never taken the liner out... what all is included?
Tried searching google, but nothing really helpful pops up.
I'll keep looking through the Miller website.
My welder takes a crap.
I don't believe my welder created this problem, I think the wire was bad by the end.
The last bit of wire snapped right after the drive motor, and is now stuck in the liner.
Guess I'll have to take it apart to get it out. **siiiigh**
Here is the only progress I...
I don't know EXACTLY what spring I have in my tial, but I make an ass out of you and me to say it's the softest TiAL offers... and I have NO issues at all with it.
No leaking boost, no sucking in vacuum.
It is a modified volt-meter. (moved the decimal.)
Innovate stuff comes with analog out, so these things are compatible.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's like 0-5v on the analog?
