If you're just reving it... you're most likely not seeing boost. You're going to have to drive it.

Why tap the IC pipe? Simple. I don't feel like removing the oil lines to pull the turbo off, remove the compressor housing, then tap it.

It's no biggie, you can tap them yourself. I just tapped my IC pipe off the turbo.

(GT30) (GT40) (GT47) I can find more.... Every turbo I've bought since like... 2003(?) has been untouched.

A lot of turbo's don't come pre tapped anymore.
