ij knows more about that then me. he says yes. so that means yes you have to be worried. the fire was very short and burned pretty cold. mostly everything,plastic or rubber was destroyed. even the copper wires in the harness were good. i have had no indication of any weakening. even at 6000 rpms...

not bad...it was getting pretty hostal in here

maybe they mounted it in a tube to keep it away from the heat seeing as it right outta the engin or turbo. sounds possible. i wouldnt do it though.

are you trying to adjust the lever or the shoes?

Try a new starter relay. Its in the pass kick panel. Only do that if you've ruled out starter, wires,batt, alt and fuses
