If you ditch the NA intake manifold and the ACIS, you will notice a considerable drop in midrange power and will not be pleased with the outcome. Buy a couple 45° bends and some couplers, be done with it. RabidChimp makes an intake IIRC.

^ You can do that in the option/settings area on the wii. It will be set to 4:3 aspect ratio, you want to change it to 16:9 The only problem being, it's 480p and looks a bit "fuzzy" on an HDTV.

OEM silver is the only color to go. Just paint them the same color code as the bottom half of the car and it'll look perfect. contrasting colors is ok as long as the car is a solid color. if you add a different color wheel, it'll make it look busy and it just wont go with the color scheme...

haha i just did it for the first time on christmas. looks good and it is wicked hard to type, but you can use any old usb keyboard on it. i find it funny that my wii came with a wireless modem, but the xbox 360 doesnt.
