well i know the stock bov was fluttering even at higher boost like between 6 and 10 so i just replaced it

well i changed mine because it seemed like it was fluttering alot and as far as i know it was the stock bov that has been on my car since 89 and now with 212,000 miles on it so i just wanted to be safe but fluttering is a sign of compressor surge

haha it hoots (so it seems like its leaking? but only at lower psi? or can i just not hear it leaking when more boost is applied?) i forgot to mention that im running stock to somewhat over stock boost, i haven't hit fuel cut yet and don't plan on it mods: apexi intake and 3in exhaust...

another question if it happen at idle would this cause the check engine light to come on for like 3 seconds and then go off when it idles fine this is if it happens while not moving and just at idle

im really tempted to get one and if the price goes down more :aigo: haha let us know when more come in i think this might be a better route then getting a pwr radiator

hey i know this isn't what this thread is about (off topic) but what speakers did you use? something to just replace the old ones (drop in)? if so any pictures of the new speakers you used? and what kind were they?

212,000 miles no it doesn't happen when not moving or not applying gas even thought its just a little

ohhh well when you replace the tps is it just plug and play or would it need some sort of adjustments made to it?

i'll look into checking the codes tomorrow or something its kind of cold and dark out right now but as far as i know that is the original tps since the car was purchased by my parents back in 89 so the wiring shouldn't be bad but the tps may need to be ajusted or i might need a new one or...

i haven't checked for any codes yet but i haven't noticed any changed in the exhaust sound, my exhaust isn't loud either its the hks dragger but i'lll look into that what kind of leak are you talking about?

nice good job i had a short that would kill my windows dash and climate control for some reason they are all on this little fuse what i believe is a 7.5 lol it stopped happening when i replaced the fuse one time so i guess i lucked out well for now :aigo: if it starts happening again...
