Check to see if there's a powder looking substance in the distributor cap and/or plug wire ends. If there is, you'll need a new distributor cap and rotor. When you take the dizzy cap off, do not move the rotor. That is bad! Pull it straight off and put it straight back on.

You wont be able to run a lot of boost. The pistons have too high of a compression. Maybe 10 psi at most.
