I've heard the same thing. I actually have the same problem. I read somewhere that they called it "hot start" or something like that. It doesn't really bother me anymore. I just crank it over and over really fast and after a few, it turns over.
Twins are back on. It is a real PITA with the chinaman y-pipe to get to the bottom of the manifold nuts. I just have to put the charge and intake pipes back on and fix up my exhaust and she's done. I should probably be posting this in my build thread....hmmmm.

Yea, but any person with any common sense should know to call the customer if there is a change. It's $275 more that he's expected to pay and he said he didn't want to spend that kinda money from the get go.
But, jdub is right. Keep your cool and see if you can work it out somehow.
I fell for it ONCE....ONCE. Don't waste your time. They send you this cool little booklet and let you get access to their site. But, it seemed to be a PITA and wouldn't have a good outcome anyway.
Screw that nonsense. If you have the original ticket showing that you only wanted cleaning and a mill on the head, and they did work on the head, I wouldn't pay them shit and take the head. Granted it is a good price. But, didn't ask for it.
83 Degrees and mostly sunny. It's going to be a blast. I have to finish putting the twins back on with the y-pipe/downpipe. I'm bring my twin bro btw. He's coming up from DC. We're fraternal though.
