I've heard the same thing. I actually have the same problem. I read somewhere that they called it "hot start" or something like that. It doesn't really bother me anymore. I just crank it over and over really fast and after a few, it turns over.

Yea, but any person with any common sense should know to call the customer if there is a change. It's $275 more that he's expected to pay and he said he didn't want to spend that kinda money from the get go. But, jdub is right. Keep your cool and see if you can work it out somehow.
