No offense, but it doesn't sound like you have ever tracked a car... FWD has limitations, but with a track platform as light as a crx, it is hard to hit that limit. No. Bad idea. Read thread title. CHEAPEST.

No, their base cost is low, as is a CRX. but on a track, a rwd platform becomes a lot more expensive.
