@ drake, i have a 88T, and never had any problem, just my low button doesnt work, but i guess thats because of a wire they said, i forgot, and same with my 87, if it sticks it could just be dirty or something is sticky in there, and its simple to open, just take your time, ill post some pics...

its pretty easy, i took it half way out until i realized that i forgot it was cable drivin for the speedo, but theres a couple bolts, thats holding the cluster, and gonna have to remove the radio frame that has all the stuff and the frame that has the fog light switch, defroster, and etc and...

nice thread, thanks for the reply, i have already done the climate control box with blue LEDS, and next is the cluster, and i wanted to order the right bulbs before i take things apart.

well im changing the leds on the climate box, to blue leds, and i would like to do the same for the cluster, and was wondering if any one here knows how many bulbs are in the back of the cluster? im changing the bulbs that lets me see the speedo, rpm, boost, oil, ect, not the CEL.

i made a home made 2 step, on my 4efte a while back, i used it out of a 5 inch tacho with those big ass lights, and works perfect, and can be set at any rpms that you like.

any one knows a good place to get a turbo rebalanced? cause im going to rebuild a turbo but do i have to balance it if i take it apart, or does that only requird if the wheel gets out of shape and nuts?

^^ vacuum port? should try to use it from the manifold, that way the BOV can open up faster, than the throttle body

thats what i do when i had the bov, when you get a MAFT do you have to get the speed density? or thats just a better upgrade to include with it

yea i was getting the same problem untill i put my old OE BOV back on, if i drive and let it roll in neutral it will shut off, so the only way to fix this is by getting a maft pro to fix this? or a SAFC?
