Sounds like it has a air fuel ratio gauge which is not a wide band and just goes off the stock o2 sensor. Buy a wideband and then see what your afr are.

Regulator should be set between 33-40 psi with vac off. How do you know it's running lean?

The aem is very picky with 7m cps. So make sure 1 the wiring is correct and 2 the cps is actually giving a signal. also the aem is no different from any other 6cyl box. only difference is the plugs. The cps has a ne signal which is a 24 tooth crank signal and 2 ge signals which are cam...

That shouldnt happen. There both on different circuits. the gauge sensor is ran through the body harness.

Thats what i was afraid of, Loctite makes some killer spray for removing silicone on oil pans and such on mercedes. I might try and spray some of that in there and let it does it work.

the ground that is up there is riveted in and get corroded with rust. Need to drill it out and create a new ground. ALso if the door switch is bad those wont turn on either. If the light on the door panel comes on then the door switch is good.

What did you find that takes off the under coating the easiest?

First one looks like for abs. Last one looks like oil pressure. Second is could possible be o2.

Sounds like it. Best to put them in the right order and then have it line bored.

52in lbs. not ft. Seems correct tho I see no mention of it in the tsrm. I've always just made them snug. They don't need to be super tight at all.

Have you properly calibrated everything before trying to tune? id suggest taking it to a tuner.
