thanks for the info guys. im going to be putting on a new turbo pretty soon, so i think this can all be done very delicately. i thought it was the turbo too, but their isn't any oil in the intake track, and the longer it sits, the more smoke it blows out.
I have diagnosed my vehicle with haveing bad valve guides/ seals. the car smokes on start-up, and smokes more heavily depending on how long it has been sitting. I've searched and I think it is the vavle guides/ seals but any other ideas would be welcome. However, I had the head resurfaced...

those are some good charts. how do you like your turbo, and what kind of performance does it put out? ex. pump gas power, race gas power, spool time... blah blah. would you recommend your turbo?
i don't really know what to look for cause ive never seen my crank, but it looks nice! keep on keeping on. i can't wait to see this thing in action. 8k rpms should be a blast! i think ill really get a stiffy when i hear this thing rev!
