I recommend either alphabet soup, or standalone complete with boost control.
The best boost controller I've ever had is the EVC EZ.
The MAFTPro boost control was finicky to say the least, and never worked right with the cars I've worked with.
I only use Innovate! widebands and accessories.

I didn't look closely or read details about the upper manifold you bought, is it steel?
If so, that's just another monkey wrench... You're going to need to make the transition from the lowers to this one with 6 different angled flattened pipes to re align them since the lower runners are...
I hope you don't think I'm making negative comments, as I'm just pointing out the obvious. (At least how I see it.)
What exactly did you plan to do with this upper manifold?

I think the best plan for you would be to cut the top portion off of what you bought, and have it welded to a cut portion of the stock upper plenum.
Well, I got around vista long enough to get SW running... but this information would still be good to know in the future.
On a side note, this computer is NIIIICE for the money.
