I made a mistake--its not the dual pressure switch but the high pressure switch that controls the condensor fans.

I have heard that some of the ealier models only had one condensor fan. Mine has two small condensor fans and one large fan in front of the radiator because is was an automatic. It is my understanding that these fans help cool the freon when stopped at a light or in moderate traffic. Wayne
