UPDATE!!! Got a new rad cap that has a lever to release pressure. Also, the mechanic did a test with some turkey baster tool and there was no exhaust gases in the coolant.

Yeah, maybe it is contaminated because the coolant looks kinda dirty. I wanna know the rundown.

UPDATES::::: I found out why the stupid car wouldnt downshift, the TPS was unlugged. And the coolant still foams out of the overflow tank...so i figured that i have to get a rad cap that holds more the 13lbs of pressure...any suggestions?

Regarding Lexus being the top dollar, I went to Longo to get a lug nut and they were charging $2.75, Lexus was charging $5.XX for one...

I like the idea of the TVs though...you can use them to replace the cluster AND have them work as side mirrors.
