It was nonturbo automatic before too! When I drove it home from the shop, I had to drive on the highway about 2 hours. I'll never forget the feeling I got when I stomped on it on the entrance ramp. The difference was insane!
You should consider saving for a swap ;)
Hey thanks!
Nah, cruise control is the only thing that doesnt work after the swap. Power steering, a/c, stock n/a tach/speedo, oil pressure, and everything else works perfectly though!
imo black wheels on a black car looks ghetto. If you're gunna spend good money on new rims, get something that looks crisp. I'd go with the #1 option in bright silver (not chrome) on a black sup. If you want black, make it hyperblack/gunmetal at least. Just my 2c...
Sweet car! What size exhaust piping is that? From that side profile pic, it looks like 2.5" but I could be wrong...With a turbo like that, I'd get at least 3" :D
K, I finally got pics! He didn't take as many as I thought but here's what I got:
Aston Martin (what model is this by the way? db9? I dont keep up with supercars...other than the supra :P) :
Mercedes:
Couple of 240sx's (both turboed):
sr20 from the black one...
I'm trying to get a hold of him but he's not responding. I want pictures more than you guys do lol. Here's some pictures to hold you off though (only of my car though...):
Here's a higher res version of my sig:
Money shot:
I've replaced the nasty stock rad with a nice shiny Koyo...
Believe me, as soon as my buddy uploads them, I will. I'm pretty sure he got pics of the Merc AMG and a vid of the (v12?) aston martin revving it's engine :evil2:
Went to a car show last night at my university. Tuner, sports, and domestic classes. Took the tuner class with my '88 1j. Beat a few little ricers like a civic and an integra. Also a few 240sx's with sr20s. The thing that really made my day was the 3 350z's that I beat. lol they must have...
