You really dont need to do anything to the suspension for 400HP, its strong enough stock. Anything after market parts you put in would be to make the car handle better. Im at 520 and all i have is poly bushings front and rear. To be honest, didnt notice a big difference but my car is more of a...
Ive owned my car for 10 years now (God damn, cant believe that its been that long) and i constantly contemplate ways to lighten up the car.
Over the past decade, ive settled with the fact that this car will never be "light". I Weighed my car at the track 8-9 years ago and it was 3780 with me...
Figured it was time for another video. So hard to launch it with minimal wheel spin. The converter is a little loose. This is me leaving with zero boost.
I also finally got around to getting my monitor for the CarPC installed into the dash.
Doat: I could have sworn i saw you ask about fitment of the cobra brakes under the RPF1's. Did you delete or edit a post? Im looking back and i have no idea where i came up with my post. Haha

I have rpf1's on the front of my car. 17x8 +45mm. Also have the cobra brakes. It fits, but i dont use hub centric rings for the wheels, i just center it with the conical lugs carefully as i tighten them. only problem i could see is if you use the hub centric rings for the wheels is that the hub...
This shows what I'm talking about. I like the look of the subtle black trim.
The stock trim might come back but it doesn't last forever and your left with a shiny stainless trim.
Looks like they replaced the factory chrome/stainless trim with a solid plain black rubber. Im not a big fan of chrome/stainless. I think the black molding gives a sleeker more modern look. Its really clean. IF it had a stock front bumper and stock 89+ wing, it would be perfect.
Might be a stupid question but did you check fuses?
You can test the coils with a few pairs of wires with alligator clips. Attach power and ground then tap the signal wire to power, they will fire.
I know this is about two years old but im thinking about getting those same rear tires. How was fitment? Those are stock MK4 turbo wheels right? Did those tires rub at all? Stock suspension? Very Nice looking car.
