I am surprised there is such a strong reaction to this. It does not seem like a hack-job to me if done accurately and sealed correctly. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I am just genuinely surprised that people are THAT upset by what seems to me a non-issue :dunno...
Why be critical of the way someone else wants to do something? There are many shops that choose this approach. It is a very fast and easy way to do a fuel pump. You also have the benefit of having access to it more easily in the future.

If your image file is too large it will automatically be resized.
Your sig pic is a square, and therefore when it gets resized it affects the length and width equally.
My recommendation is to resize the picture yourself to within limits...

Can't help you getting them out, my EM studs just came out by hand.
It is suggested to helicoil the EM studs so they won't back out on you. Most AZ's have the parts, or Driftmotion sells a kit.
If I cared about the money involved, I would not be driving/modifying an MKIII. I am sure that I have spent in excess of 13k. Don't think about it after it's spent - there's no point regretting something you can't change.
Red Top. I needed a battery right away, but they did not have reverse posts. The negative cable barely reached, but I have since switched out the cable.
AFAIK you just line up the drilled mark on the gear per the TSRM (take out the cps to do this) and insert the CPS. Then time it with the diagnostic block jumped per the TSRM.
I'm pretty sure I got it. It sort of defeats the purpose if I post the answer though....
