I know that, but per say I send you a PM and your box is full, does it say "recipient did not recieve message because their box is full" or something along those line?

I'm kind of worried that they don't have a generator for their data center. Both of the data centers my hosting company goes through have generators that allow full power for 24 hrs at a time.
