Wheels look pretty good. I like the offset you have for the rears. Makes it aggressive looking. But, I'd put a small spacer for the front to even them out. As for the height, I think it looks good how it sits right now.

Mine does it as well. A lot of cars kinda studder when they are dead cold. Even my IS300. It's never good to drive a car when it's cold.

Yes you can. But, you have to jump the Neutral Safety Switch for it to start. IIRC, it is located in the big plug that goes to the tranny. At least it was for my soarer harness.

Only difference that I know of is the pre-89 has one aux fan and the 89+ has 2 aux fans. The shrouds are designed accordingly.
