Would not advise using light weight pulleys. There are better ways to spend that money. If you must use them, NEVER use a crank pulley that's not a dampening one. ATI fluid damper or factory but never a solid one.
One of the heat sinked boxes is a fuel pump resistor and the other IIRC is the head light resistor. Dont hold me to it as i havent had those on my car for years. Have you looked them up on the TSRM or EPC?
