I honestly think they look decent. Better than sawblades IMO. Plus some of the Starion/Conquests did have staggered wheels. Wouldn't be bad for some winter wheels.
I guess it wouldn't hurt to put thread locker on it. It's not like it needs to come out again (unless the filter side gets stripped). But, that's just a socket and some muscle away from coming out.
I don't like how they combined the bumper with the nose piece and trim. It makes it too "plain" looking.
Do I like it? It's decent
Would I buy it? Nope
According to the diagram that you linked, it looks correct to me. I'm not sure about the o-ring. I would think that it would be a washer. But, you could probably use some teflon tape on it.
I have them on mine. I'm not having that problem with mine like you guys. If you look at Boris' (Borhor) thread on the lowest DD Supra, youll see where my car sits with 18's. I also have two in inches in the front and an inch in the rear left to lower. I'm not sure why you guys are having...
Oh, alright. Looks like a fun little car.
I might add some pics tomorrow of the small restoration. I bought the car with the interior completely stripped out, minus the dash.
I actually have another Z6 head that I'm going to try selling. BTW, I had to google what in the hell a "bollard" was. What is a Rover? Not like Range Rover right?
Optima are suppose to be really good batteries. Something over like 1000cca. I have the Advanced Auto Platinum battery. I think it was around $80. So far, so good with it. I've been using the platinum batteries for years now on different cars. I'd say they are pretty good for the price.
