I am getting 12v from the connector, and the 20A fuse i tested is good. Is the relay the control module? or is there a relay like the green start relay supposed to be there?

everyone would agree and just spend the 100 bucks or so and get the ARP bolts. Some people I have read have just re torque the head bolts, not sure how long it lasts though
