It's amazing how many positive comments i've read about the 8500 here i bought a passport 8500 x50 a couple years ago but i rarely use it. My friend thought i was crazy that i was using my cig lighter to power my ipod instead of having my detector in. I dunno, i just didn't trust it...

Of course, another meet that i couldn't make it to. Sorry guys. I went to visit a friend in the hospital (that was supposed to be a yesterday thing, but the TurnPike was backed up all day) and ended up being an all day thing. SooOo close to my house and i couldn't get there. Go figure...
