Well id like to keep the factory alarm, or at least some kind of alarm system. And utilizing the stock system sounds like it would be the cheapest option. I know a key less entry kit can be had for less than $100 installed though. So, yeah. =D
So what would I need to make keyless entry work for my 89 alarm? Ive gotten very close to buying an alarm system just to be able to unlock by hitting a button.
Thanks! =p
I haven't seen any of you guys =[ Im up here in Fredericksburg until the 3rd, im here visiting aunt and uncle. If there are any meets going on let me know! [or if some just feel like hangin out, im bored as f#ck here.] Id love to hit up the supra scene here in VA! =D
send em to me and I can watch em =p I have a region free dvd player from Norway :D
Or just play em on your computer [I think that should work]. A lot of PS2s and etc are region free. My xbox [modded] is region free aswell.
Hahah yeah! :D
I want a Austin cruise to come around again!! hah I have a new strut/spring/sway setup going in to mine as soon as I get back to Houston. [im in VA now]
I had my old rig with a 2.8ghz Prescott P4 running at 4ghz before.. until my motherboard died [after 3 months, the cpu capacitors burned out]
That was a sweet rig, went with a Athlon 64 after that for a while. Now im running a x2 4400+ now, havent needed to overclock yet.
hah, dont STIs have transfer case problems.. not to mention, weak drivetrain all around? I dont really know.. just what ive heard from anyone that mods em.
Id keep it, nice/clean supras are hard to come by. If not keeping it, id try to trade/sell for a turbo car.
But I do agree with others that a new driver should not have a car as fast as a turbo Supra for a first car. My first car was a Jeep Cherokee [got it at 15, didnt run when I got it.]...
