Yes, Just because the motor is warm according to the gauge, does not mean the tranny and diff are up to temps. I don't ever boost mine hard untill everything is fully up to temp. No clue on the ECU/Maft stuff...

That is normal as I am sure they are the original hoses, If they are cracked or broken, replace them. but they should not effect boost pressure however.

I also made one out of an aluminum sheet that keeps the air coming in from the bumper directed into the intercooler. I put a smaller piece on the drivers side by the oil cooler to deflect more air into the coolers and radiator.
Penetrating oil over night from the topside might help cut the buildup enough to loosen them.
I have also used a small amount of water through the intake (teaspoon of water at a time) when running at high idle to break the carbon buildup down off the plugs on other motors.
