Dude.chief.....haven't I been telling you the same thing about that timing IN PERSON?? and those O2 sensors?? or are you going to wait until you screw this engine up before you set the timing? what gives man?? :icon_evil
White/black is a shared ground coming out from the #2 Junction box (engine bay), plug 2F ( first plug from driver's side.) This wire grounds on the fender wall and is bunched up with other similar wires.
Send me an email and I will send you the body mapping.
yeah that seems to be from an aristo. and its real clean too. Don't forget the rear sump oil pan for the Supra. Before doing any wire extension, open it up and stretch it out. It should fit through the stock wiring hole.
Yeah I could never attend the SILV events no matter how many times I tried for the past due to commitments. I've always heard great stories about the SILV events setup etc etc. kudos to Keith for sure.
However, knowing Jeff personally and the guys he is probabaly working with to make a similar...
Pin 2 and 12 come from the same wire. Batt and B+. They are joined together short distance into the harness.
This power comes from the connector near the fuse box.
Yeah make sure the vacum is from the intake manifold and not leaking or kinked. If in doubt, change the hose altogether.
Check to make sure all the coil plugs are inserted properly and fully contacting. Sometimes bad coil plugs can back out from vibration.
what procedure are you using to...
C's with Marlin Crawler bushings feel real good and short.
Another option is TRS , which is the one I have and the shifts are very short and comes with everything like the C's and Nashman's. Its available from a guy in New Zealand on Ebay....excellent service as well.
Can't recommend...
I was in the same predicament a few weeks ago. I wanted an Iphone because everyone had one .. lol. Anwyays, i did a lot of comparison, plan pricing etc. and after three hours of going back and forth, I ended up with a black G1. I absolutely love it . It still has a lot of potential with Android...
Sounds more like your TPS needs re-adjustment. Running your plug gap at .032 is fine and within specs. People run lower gapping to cure higher rev spark blowout.
You should also check to makse sure the vacum is plugged at the map sensor.
maybe this can help determine which plug gets 12 volt .
It should be the Black/yellow wire on the plug ( harness side ) . Then it supplies 12 volts to the black/red wire on the fuel pump relay side/connector.
This is how I am running on my car , but I have a 2jz setup using aristo harness...
Yeah remove all slack from the throttle cable and then adjust the TPS according to instructions. Do it correctly and it should not have anymore hesitation at slight throttle.
