As an owner of a pickup, you really do notice when your lights are in other peoples faces espicially at drive thrus. In my lifted Doge I almost always turned them off if I was behind a low car. In the Ford im not nearly as high (its lowered) so I dont find myself lighting up peoples cabins.
If the have their compressor set to a low psi level, then using an impact can be okay. As long as its only used to turn the lugs to a moderate tension then done with a torque wrench to spec.

They put on a paper thin coat of their paint and do little body work so you can imagine that it wont turn out very nice. If its just to sell the car or make it look better but not expecting too much, you can do 1 day paint and body.
