    Just get a PGS Dog box W58. If you have those thousands for a MKIV V160, strait cut gears actually may be cheaper and stronger than a V160.

    FFIMs are expensive. I would get a Sound Performance one. Quality and fitment will never disappoint! Plus, not many other companies are making it for the 7M.

    I test fitted my dual wastegate SP F1 exhaust manifold. Got it back from Sound Performance after final modifications, welding, and coated silver. I'm thinking I should have kept it raw, but they recommend a coating.

    No need for a long runner, egr, etc. Deciding over low range, high range power bands is part of the game, but that will just depend on what your turbo likes.

    Angles from MK3 to MK3 would be the same. Did you use Spicer joints? That's all I would recommend, and use.

    Bad u-joint, perhaps. Jawsgear made my Aluminum 1 piece for the MK3, and my Steel 1 piece for the MK2. Flawless performance and zero vibration. The Aluminum one has held 1200rwhp through an automatic on other cars.

    I am using it on my 1JZ. It is an excellent turbo. The only reason I am thinking about changing turbos, is if I decide to go for 1,000rwhp or not. Reid said a big shot of nitrous will make 1,000 but I am concerned with over spinning the turbo. 6466 turbos maxed out, should yield 800-900+rwhp...

    Sounds like it's in the cams. Remember, diagnosing through video sucks. Use a piece of pipe to listen through. It can help isolate the sound.

    Mechanical faults would be next to check. Are all the plugs fouling?

    I think the coolant temperature is what dictates closed loop at idle and during cruise, but you have to reach a certain temperature. If it isn't the coolant temperature sensor, I recommend double checking the O2 sensor wiring. HTH

    I totally forgot about the Japanese options. What torque are you making? I will go with this option after the CM850 (900ft.lbs), if it is 100% going to hold it all.
