i drove george's 92 yesterday and it is very quiet and smooth, i forgot how it felt to be in a stock car. but i think as soon as it is broken in, we should change its attitude:evil2:
if you want to sell some parts, i'm interested in the strut tower bar and the stock shifter if it's for the r154. send me a pm, cause your inbox is full
nice car, i used to work with a guy from finland and he always went home in july. he said that was the best time of the year over there and the whole month was just a big party in the streets. it always sounded fun
oh yeah, i told jay to drive down and he could stay either at my house or yours and then we meet up with the ccs guys and head out to houston
you, jay, scott and i could share a room if y'all want
or we could split 2 and 2
last time i was in houston there were 3 of us in my room
well, you got the gray interior from me, and i thought it was going in the black car any way.
it looks like the piston got a good steam cleaning from the blown hg.
thanks for finally finding the pic of the 92, now i can picture which car is which
oh, good to hear scott, i just talked to some of the crescentcitysupra guys and they are planning on making it to houston also, four of them go every year no matter what, so we can have a big convoy.
so today, george (jugodegolf) and i pulled apart a 7m that hopefully will be getting the machine shop treatment, in fact it is in the bed of his truck so its almost there. number 2 or 3 piston was so clean you could not eat off of it. and hg was torn at #6 but at least it's a start.
hopefully...
