I'm running a t67, .68a/r 1.5JZ on 440's and an safcII, the car is surging at idle, when I turn the safc fuel setting to 0, it cranks fine, it idles ok, then it goes full rich, then it acts like it cuts fuel out and the car almost dies. Then it starts all over till it finally dies.
