OH i see... sorry i imagine my road which is a one-lane all the way to pavement, no other cars. what kind of damage you mean, just paint right? i'm just talking from the car itself...i know another car could flip a rock and chip paint/crack windows and such...but is there something the car...
wow....half an hour? what the hell for? does he have it up on jacks and covered with 3 car covers?
too bad he doesnt just drive slow...you know he's probably wearing the paint out MORE when he washes it obessively. i live on a gravel driveway too... it stinks.
if you drive under 5 mph its...
oh i see, that's nice. hopefully he'll get out and have some (safe) fun. what kinda vette is it again? 200 miles a year IS sad. :( why doesnt he drive that to work?
i dont know anything of a bleeder valve other than the "valve" in the radiator cap that opens under pressure. to bleed the air from your engine you have to do it by removing the radiator cap and letting the air out. it can even mean getting your car on a hill to help fish out all the air...
turbo can be changed out :D
and i dont know what an IAC is.
is a "stand alone" a fuel management system to replace the ECU? if so...problems solved! lol.... i really dont know what a stand alone is i'm not teasing you.l
umm....well. considering i've been told they are fine, and the TSRM does NOT place a "replace this part" diamond in any of their instruction about the head. later i will find my thread and i might even find some pages out of the huge thing for you to read. i think you're fine.
what ft/lbs...
yeah i dunno if you read my third point or not, but i saw a set...
but yeah...we still stand confused. they give you extra tips in this set but that's because you'll probably mess up the first 8...lol. and it STILL cant make more than 8...lol. oh boy
one...i'm not a dumb ass. if anything YOUR post was unclear because more than one person didnt understand it. so dont call us that.
two...i've never heard of wires you CUT to make fit. i'm sure they exist; but right now the idea sounds like a pain, as well as being a downfall. In my...
ahh...you see i didnt ever hear about crankwalk.
want to tell me what exactly that does? right now i'm thinking the crank is scooting backwards and forwards on its bearings and...i dunno. banging around? i'm clueless right now. sorry. lol
why are you so bent on racing this guy? there are lots of cars faster and lots of cars slower than yours...why does it matter so much?
are you spending money on your car to show up your boss that's loudmouthing about his car? it sounds to me like he's a bunch of hot air, or just trying to...
you don't have to remove the engine as far as i know. at the very worst i could see the engine being unbolted and lifted or scooted forward because the studs will stick up, and you have to drop the head down onto them... take a look at your engine and notice how very close the firewall is to...
i didnt read it all...but...why not leave them in? did one break?
i used them over again...and i believe this is the 2nd time its been done. they're reusable even as per-TSRM. they arent the best, but if you aren't going big HP or metal HG...they're fine.
