I would keep it, it reduces cranking time when the engine is cold. You can buy this one or get a used stock line for even cheaper, this line from driftmotion will probably outlast the car though.

Clutch isn't releasing. You either have air in the system, a bad master/slave, a leak, or your pedal freeplay needs to be adjusted. Check it over make sure there is no leaks at all, bleed it again, and if still the same, adjust the pedal.

Quick tip, Napa sells these bearings for a fraction of the price of OEM and they are TaiHo brand which is the saem brand that supplies Toyota with bearings for this engine. They may be listed as "cam bearings" and come in a set of the two.
I wouldn't trust them. Seen a lot of people with broken ringlands just like the above post. In most cases it is probably caused by a faulty tune, but they seem to be weaker than OEM pistons from what I have seen.
