Nice Score! On a similar topic, I know that clear rear side markers are made for our cars, do they make clear ones for the front side markers? Not the clear corners that wrap around the front, but the side markers in the trim pieces. If they do, anywhere I can pick some up? Ok, back to our...
Actually, the Gen3 Dakotas (97-04) have a VERY high safety rating. I know a buddy personally that rolled his and he came out with barely a scratch. I've known others that have been in NASTY wrecks and came out fairly unscathed as well.
You're probably right, and I definitely haven't thought if it that way -- but if you're where you're supposed to be at one school, then transfer and are suddenly 2 grades ahead, it's obviously not the students in my eyes....it's the curriculum. It seems to me like they're 'dumbing down' the...
Moog and Spicer are really good aftermarket brands (just bought all Spicer Pro Grade stuff to do my truck this weekend), and AFAIK, AC Delco is basically stock-quality replacement. I'd stick with Moog or Spicer Pro Grade.

Nah, not seriously. My neck gets really stiff and sore still at times, but aside from that I'm good. They weren't kidding when they said these cars are tanks, that's for sure. I made out pretty good in the deal though, Ins. totaled the car for more than I paid for it, plus I got a settlement...
I dunno if I'd buy critical suspension parts for so cheap. Personally, if it were me, I'd go to Rockauto and buy the parts from there. Either Moog, or Spicer Pro Series....
I can vouch for the saftey of a MkIII to the driver.....
The other car was worse off. T-boned the lady doing about 40, was a Nissan/Infiniti SUV. She was OK personally, but her car was destroyed. Aside from that front-end damage, only cabin damage structurally...
Unfortunately, no. I never took more pics, and I can't take anymore now because the rear end of my car is currently smashed. I'm going to redo the notch though when I get the car fixed. I'll take pics then...heheh.
